The Orchestra Arteviva was founded in 2003 and today has a staff of about 50 professional musicians from some of the most prestigious Italian orchestras as well as important soloists and conductors.
Since 2005, the orchestra has regularly presented its own Music Season, which since 2009 has been based in the splendid setting of the Basilica of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan. In its long activity, led by its Artistic Director Matteo Baxiu, it has presented more than 200 concerts ranging in a wide repertoire: from Viennese classicism to contemporary authors.
